A photographer Friend of mine in Kelowna has challenged me to post a photo a day in March and I can’t cheat by using one from any sessions. Darn!!! Being the sucker that I am I accepted and I also got Claire from www.clairephotoflash.com to join in too!
It will be fun to see what we come up with so check our blogs…
oh I forgot to mention…
Jeff and I are off to Mexico until March 10th! Whoo hoo so if I do not reply to e-mails right away…. sorry, I will try to check them. I’ll start posting my pic a day when I get back so I will have 10 days worth of blogging to do when I get home!
We’ll have our toes in the sand and a strawberry margarita in hand…
haha how hokey am I? Do I need a holiday or what?
Thanks Kari-Ann for house/pet sitting…I am sure Echo will be in the bed, on the couch and loved to death!

Sex in the City meets..Little house on the Prairie…
I laughed when this is how Krista described Chad and herself!
This was our first engagement session of the year and what a great day…
Jeff and I got up early last Saturday morning…grabbed our beloved Starbucks and went for a drive out to Innisfail to Chad’s parents farm.
It was so beautiful out there and so many places to take picture’s. There was still frost on the grass and trees when we got there. The clouds in the sky were amazing…the sun was out and they braved the chilly weather with not one single complaint.
These two are a blast together, you can’t help but have fun and laugh with the two of them..it was hard getting a picture with out them smiling or laughing! They are getting married in July and we are going to be out at the farm again…I can’t wait to photograph Krista looking gorgeous in her wedding dress with that old Chevy truck…
(BELOW) We thought the snow was packed..well it was until we we hit this spot…first the dog went through, then Krista and there goes Chad!

(BELOW) Love this shot Jeff got while I was taking it wide and straight on…

(BELOW) The clouds were simply amazing…

(BELOW) Another one of Jeff’’s shots….the barb wire leads your eye right to them.

(BELOW) Jeff caught this one while I was shooting to the left…

(BELOW) Geeze I am posting a lot of Jeff’s here..this was his idea, he climbed up onto a stack of hay bales to get this one…super cool…wish I had taken it

This really is the color of their eyes, I didn’t touch them up….just really lovely light!

(BELOW) One more of Jeff’s…Gotta love that old truck!

It was a little chilly on this Saturday so we decided to hang out and do their picture’s in the house.
Last time I saw this little guy he was just sitting on his own and now he’s running all over the place
Thanks for inviting me into your beautiful house and it was so nice to see you again. We always have so much fun when we get together! Enjoy…
