I was sitting here on the computer and decided to share a really nice and unselfish thing a friend of mine did. Sometimes with the rush of the holidays and such it’s nice to reflect on some of the nice things that happened through the year.. a surprise out of the blue…
I wish I was better at writing what I felt..putting it out on paper like I feel it in my heart. I will try…
Julie of Jewel Image recently was down in the United States and remembered that I was a celiac and brought back a whole bunch of Gluten free baking products for me that are not available up here. I was floored… seriously. How thoughful was that to take time out of her holiday to look for special product for me? Then to surprise me with it when she got back? Wow….
Julie..I want to thank you for being so gracious and I hope this story inspires someone out there to do some random act of kindness for someone else…I know I did.

Introducing… beautiful little Zoey
Ohh I find it so exciting when our past wedding couples call us up to tell us they are expecting! Lisa and Rory got married on 08/08/08 ( check out their wedding photos here) and on Dec 16th they welcomed a sweet little girl into the world…just in time for Christmas! Don + Theresa…their calgary zoo wedding
I have been behind on blogging lately…the Christmas rush is crazy and getting orders done comes over blogging. Sooo the rush is over and I am back at it and have TONS to share!!
Don and Theresa’s wedding was at the Calgary Zoo at the end of October and their decorators did a fantastic job of creating the fall theme they had invisioned. Filled with emotion and family travelling from as far away as Fiji ..it was an awesome day. The weather could have been warmer but everyone toughed it out to get some amazing images. Enjoy…

Tara + Daryl…the engagement session
We were so happy the day we got the email from Tara saying she was engaged and wanted to meet with us! We first met her last year at Mike and Tasha’s wedding where she was a bridesmaid. We love when we get to work with people we already know from past weddings !
These two are naturals in front of the camera, we literally put them in the spot where we wanted to shoot and just let them be themselves. Here they thought they would be soooo hard to photograph. LOL
You guys are a georgeous couple and so good together, the way you guys look at each other and hold each other melts my heart
