“I am here because Katherine wants to do this.”

These were the words that came out of Taurean’s mouth as he hopped into the vehicle with us…by the end of our session he commented on “how much fun he had.” LOL

This is what usually happens with guys! Once they figure out we are not going to ask them to smile they loosen up, once they realize there is a lot of kissing and snuggling going on, they get right into it

We did have a really fun time with these two..we took them to some pretty grungy spots, feared getting pooped on by Pigeons (okay..that was just me) and had them climbing up into skinny little doorways. Hmmmm … I wonder if they will do this on their wedding day?

PS I did not “enhance” Katherine’s eyes..they are truly that gorgeous.

I feel bad I haven’t blogged a lot lately but I have been working on a new website which is quite exciting.

I have also been busy shooting…here is a quick sneak peek at Miss “C”. She was a little doll..I wanted her mom to leave her but she insisted on taking her home:)
I get to photograph the family pics this up coming weekend. We just did a quick studio session to get a few of those cute little bare bum shots!

Jeff and I took a quick little trip out to Kelowna as I was having nephew withdrawals. Adam is already 5 months old and super cute! Carson is just over two and he is so clever and he has such a caring and good soul…not to mention he can sing and dance up a storm. LOL
I thought I would share a few of my favorite images…

One of the best things about this job is you get to document important parts of people lives, clients who are now your friends. I think it’s cool to get to capture the really big moments in their lives that they want to remember. It’s neat to see how people change and grow. I am lucky  

 We had the pleasure of photographing Tammy and Kevin’s wedding back in Oct 2007 and now I get to share in the new chapter of their life… a baby! These two are so right for each other and they are going to make to best parents…they are loving, patient and Tammy has the best laugh ever! (Kids love that ). I can’t wait to meet their little one in just a few short weeks.
