We are almost finished the last push of work before Christmas so I thought I would take a break from editing and share a winter blog post! Jeff and I are looking forward to having a few days of downtime with friends and family over Christmas!
First off we got extremely lucky with all the hoar frost for Kristi and Mike’s session, it is absolutely beautiful, stunning, amazing ..ok you get the point. haha! The only problem it was really cold out but Kristi and Mike were troopers and didn’t complain once and had a lot of fun in the process. The dogs were not to thrilled about it, even with sweaters on! lol
We had such a blast with these two, we really enjoy spending time with them and Jeff and I cannot wait for your warm tropical wedding!

When’s the big day?November 13th 2013
How did you meet?
Mike: Came back into town after being on the road for a couple weeks to find that a new girl had started in the office. When I walked in I could see all the way down the length of the office to where she was sitting and stopped in my tracks and just kinda stared. I knew before I met her that I want her to be mine.
How did he/she propose?
Mike: Took Kristi on a hike to elbow falls with the dog. It was raining a bit and I’m sure Kristi was wondering why we were going out that day. We got to the top over looking the falls and while she was preoccupied with the falls I pulled the ring out and got down on one knee and grabbed her hand. She turned to me and promptly asked me why I was down on my knee and told me I was gonna get my pants dirty. I asked her to marry me as I slid the ring on her finger so she couldn’t even have the chance to say no. I got back up with my pants a little worse for wear but completely worth it.
Kristi: I had no idea what was happening, I literally couldn’t get past the fact that he was getting dirty and it meant I had to do more laundry! But the laundry pile growing was totally worth it![]()

Favorite thing about each other?
he say: Everything! Just look at her. I am one lucky guy!
she says: His sarcasm and humor, no matter what happens he always has me laughing! Plus how can you resist that smile![]()

she says: Probably dinner out and then zoo lights or a drive around to see Christmas lights… I LOVE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!

he says: hugs and snuggles
she says: umm… shnuggies??? A combination of all three….

he says: chai tea latte
she says: a nonfat no water chai tea latte… I’m high maintenance!
Your favorite hangout?
There’s no place like home.
One place in the world you must go see?

she says: Italy and Thailand
What are you looking forward to the most on your wedding day?
